Order Processing Timelines: We Promise
There’s a step-by-step procedure for shipping, which starts with the customer order and ends with fulfillment. To ensure all customers receive their orders as desired, we will contact you before shipping your items so that you can confirm our products meet your approval.
Typically, large orders take anywhere from 7-14 business days to ship out. If at any time after receipt of an order you feel it has been damaged (printing error or mis-sized), then you have 3 business days from the date you received the order to submit a claim.

Shipping Cost and Charges:
Our company offers its products at no charge to operational businesses across the world. However, due to the variable nature of the size of orders and the location of our customers, we cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes. Furthermore, in addition to discounted pricing (50%) on customers’ initial bulk purchase, regional tax and customs duty assessments for product clearances shall be borne solely by the customer.

At Paknify, we recognize the importance of building customer loyalty. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Tracking ID number from one of our courier partners. Using this Tracking ID, you can monitor the status of your shipment by clicking on the tracking link provided in the confirmation email.

Shipment Rules for Damaged or Lost Orders
A customer may request a refund or reprint after we verify that their issue exists, which they may do via e-mail to info@paknify.com; however, this must occur within 14 days of the delivery date for the customer’s order.
Customer must contact Paknify about an issue with their order (via e-mail to info@paknify.com) as soon as possible after receipt of the order (within 3 business days), providing proof in the form of a video or photos.
Customers are responsible for the payment of verification costs on all physical products. If the defective product was due to PakNify, then the customer will receive reimbursement/credit for return shipping.
